Built to run the length of a hallway or staircase. Handwoven in Maimana, Afghanistan.

Flatweave, not knotted — wool pulled taut across a wool warp, no pile, no glue. Reversible by design.

The wool is hand-spun and vegetable-dyed, so colour varies slightly across the piece — abrash, the fingerprint of a small dye lot.

186 × 70 cm (6'1" x 2'4"). One piece, woven once. Sold means sold — we mark it, we don't restock it.
